("Zora Jewels," "we," "us," or "our") from our West Hollywood, California atelier. By accessing the Site, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or our services.

Zora Jewels is a fine jewelry retailer and custom commission studio operating from 40 E 7th St, New York, NY 10003, USA. We design, finish, and sell rings, necklaces, charms, bracelets, and earrings in 14k and 18k gold with ethically sourced gemstones. We are a Responsible Jewellery Council member and maintain applicable California seller permits for retail jewelry sales.
Website Use
You may use the Site for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes related to researching and purchasing jewelry. You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or payment portals

- Inspect delivered items upon receipt and report damage or discrepancies within 48 hours
- Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials associated with client accounts or order portals
Products and Services
Product descriptions, photography, pricing, availability, and specifications displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Prices are quoted in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Weights, stone carat weights, and dimensions are approximate within standard jewelry industry tolerances.
Collection Purchases
Ready-to-ship collection items are available for purchase subject to inventory. An order is confirmed only after you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email from Zora Jewels. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory errors, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill — in which case a full refund will be issued.
Custom Commissions
Custom commissions require a written quote and deposit before production begins. Design proofs are provided for approval; production commences only after your written sign-off. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale except for manufacturing defects. Timelines quoted at deposit are estimates and may vary based on casting complexity, stone sourcing, or finishing requirements.
Payments
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment providers. Zora Jewels does not store complete credit card numbers on our servers.
Deposits and Balances
Custom commissions require a 50% deposit at approval; the balance is due before shipping. Collection purchases require full payment at checkout unless otherwise arranged in writing for high-value commissions. Failed payments may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of bench time reserved for custom work, subject to our refund policy.
Taxes
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address in accordance with applicable California and interstate tax rules. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes on international shipments.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship jewelry via insured carriers requiring adult signature. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier for domestic shipments, or upon delivery to your address for international orders. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Returns and Exchanges
Unworn collection pieces in original condition may be returned within 14 days for a full refund minus return shipping, as described on our FAQ page. Custom, engraved, and resized items are final sale unless defective. To initiate a return, contact returns@zorajewels.site for authorization and shipping instructions. Items returned without authorization may be refused.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, photography, logos, design layouts, and the "ZoraJewels" brand — is owned by Zora Jewels Fine Jewelry Inc. or licensed to us and protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
