Major design changes (different silhouette, added halos, custom prong styles) are treated as semi-bespoke commissions with adjusted pricing quoted upfront.

Collection pricing includes the finished piece, ZoraJewels packaging, authenticity card, and standard insured shipping within the contiguous United States. Engraving up to 20 characters is complimentary on signet and band styles. Extended warranties, expedited casting, and international shipping are available as add-ons disclosed before checkout.

Store pieces separately in the provided pouch to prevent scratching. Clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush — avoid harsh chemicals and ultrasonic cleaners on pieces with porous stones. Remove jewelry before swimming, gym sessions, or applying lotions. We offer complimentary cleaning and inspection at our Melrose atelier; mail-in service available for remote clients.

All ring purchases include one complimentary sizing within 60 days of delivery. We recommend visiting our atelier for the most accurate fit; mail-in sizing kits are available for remote clients. Resizing beyond one free adjustment is priced based on metal weight and design complexity — typically $75–$200 for 14k gold bands. Eternity bands and certain signet styles may have limited sizing ranges; disclosed at purchase.

We source conflict-free diamonds compliant with the Kimberley Process and work with suppliers who provide origin documentation on request. Lab-grown diamonds are clearly labeled. Gemstones above 0.25 carat include certification details when applicable. ZoraJewels is a Responsible Jewellery Council member, and recycled gold is available for all new commissions.

Standard insured shipping (signature required) is complimentary on orders over $500 within the contiguous United States — typically 3–5 business days after finishing. Expedited overnight available for $45. Custom commissions follow the timeline quoted at deposit — usually 2–4 weeks for collection modifications, 4–8 weeks for full bespoke pieces. International shipping available; duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Unworn collection pieces in original condition may be returned within 14 days for a full refund minus return shipping. Custom and engraved items are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect. All ZoraJewels pieces carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects — prong integrity, clasp function, and structural casting issues. Normal wear, accidental damage, and loss are not covered. After one year, we offer repair services at bench rates. Lifetime complimentary cleaning and inspection applies to all purchases when visiting our Melrose atelier.
